Nothing on it — including any cost guidance, timeline, material description or project description — constitutes a quote, an offer, or a construction contract. Scope, price, schedule and warranty are established only in a written proposal and contract signed by both parties.
Guidance, not specification
Our guides describe how bathroom construction generally works and reflect our experience in Placer and Nevada counties. They are not engineering specifications and are not a substitute for a licensed professional assessing your specific house. Building codes change, and the jurisdiction with authority over your address has the final say on what is permitted.
