What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project type, timeline, an optional budget range, and anything you write in the message field. We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, government identifiers or health information.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, to schedule a consultation, and to prepare a proposal. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent contact lists, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us for a quote.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party transactional email provider, which processes the message solely to deliver it. If this site has analytics enabled, that provider receives standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location; it does not receive the contents of your form submission.
Your choices
California residents have the right under the CCPA to know what personal information a business has collected about them, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, or to ask us to delete an enquiry you have already sent, contact us using the details on our contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Because we do not maintain a mailing list, the page itself is the notice.
